How to Return

  • Contact us at feedback@regener8.co within 90 days of your purchase date.

  • Include your order number and a brief note on why you are returning.

  • We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

  • Ship the product back, opened or unopened, any condition.

  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

What Is Covered

  • All regener8 products purchased directly through regener8.co or shop.regener8.co.

  • First-time orders are eligible for free return shipping on us.

  • Opened and used product is accepted. We are not going to ask you to return something you tried in good faith.

What Is Not Covered

  • Orders placed through third-party retailers (Amazon, FSA Store, and others). Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

  • Returns requested after 90 days from the original purchase date.

Refunds

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you request it.
